I’m Jyoti Patel, a business psychologist and award-winning entrepreneur. I’ve walked the path you’re on, and here to share my learnings.

My journey started in the corporate world where I helped companies make or save hundreds of millions. Carving and merging businesses, I saw firsthand the power of strategy. But something was missing.

I left to build my own venture, scaling it to 8-figure revenues, raising over £20 million, and creating 50+ jobs. I had beaten the odds (99% of businesses fail within the first five years) and succeeded where so many had not. And that’s when it hit me:

True business success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about psychology. It’s about understanding the human element behind every decision, every sale, every interaction.

My unique approach blends psychology and proven business strategies. I’ve used these principles to scale my own ventures and helped countless clients achieve breakthroughs in theirs.
